Complaints / Violations


This accelerator tracks the process of:  Concerns/Complaints, Violations, and Hearings.  Complaints are collected via the Community (Clients and Partners only) and also recorded manually by staff from emails or phone calls.  If the Complaint is valid, it is pushed into the Violation phase, where Investigations and notifications occur.  If individuals want to contest the Violation, a Hearing is held and meetings and results are recorded/reported.
